Hi everyone!!
Once again, I hope this message finds you well.
I know things have been tough since this whole mess has started!
Since Idaho is about to attempt opening things up,
I thought it may be wise to talk a little bit about COVID-19
First, I thought I would share a video on coping with change.
In this video, the counselor discusses positive ways we can deal with change.
(Sorry, I don't know how to record videos of myself).
I like that the video discusses the wrong and the right ways we can deal with change.
She does a pretty good job acting these out and it funny to see an adult act it out!

I also found a video explaining a little bit about COVID-19.
As we have seen, kids rarely exhibit symptoms and are largely unaffected by it.
However, it is important that we understand what COVID-19 is and take precautions!
While we are transitioning back to normal life, it is important to be safe!
The primary aspect I want you to take away from this is caring for your body!
In this video, COVID-19 is explained a little further,
and there is a discussion on how we can take care of our bodies when we are sick.
I think it is also important to remember to wash our hands frequently!
Don't forget, it is important to scrub our hands for a full 20 seconds!

I am also including a video on good hand-washing techniques for you guys!!
While I know many of you will find this one silly, I think it is important!
We just want everyone to stay safe and healthy!
A lot of things we touch can spread germs quickly, & we don't even think about it!
Sometimes adults even need reminders!!

While it will be very exciting to start going out in the community again,
I want everyone to be safe and use caution while being out of the house.
As always, reach out to me if you need my support!
I hope to see you all soon!
