Maxine Johnson Elementary in Parma, Idaho announces our annual Kindergarten Kickoff.  Parents ONLY are invited to Kinder Kickoff on Monday, August 10 at 8:00 a.m. for pre-registration.  At that time there will be presentations about what to expect and a chance to sign up for screening appointments on August 21 and 24 when we will meet your incoming student.

Students must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2020 to be eligible to enroll this fall.

Parents will need to provide a state issued birth certificate and proof of immunization.  If an order form for the birth certificate is needed, you may order on-line from the Bureau of Vital Statistics in the state where the child was born.

The presentations from various school personnel will be done in the multi-purpose/cafeteria to allow for appropriate social distancing.

Any questions or if you cannot come to the visit, please call the office at 779-4069, extension 2 to set up a screening appointment.

We look forward to meeting you on Monday, August 10th!!

Summer Library & STEM
runs July 28th-Aug.12th on Tuesday & Wednesday from 10-3
We are asking that kids not stay longer than 2 hours at a time in order to keep groups small.  We have masks for them to wear but they are welcome to bring their own.  We have some great new STEM activities this year.  Let's get ready for school!
Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns at lpadilla@parmaschools.org
Thanks, Leah Padilla
